I am trying to figure out if I want to approach my mother and her 3 siblings about owner financing a 5-unit they inherited in Boulder Creek, CA.So they inherited this property free and clear back in 2009 and instead of selling in a down market they fixed it up and rented it out.

Where my mom grew up, where my mom and dad lived after they were married until they could build their own house, and where me and my siblings spent a lot of time.  

The mail hasn't been returned so I'm hoping it was forwarded to the sibling.Does any one have recommendations on how to track down the sibling?  

We got stuck with probate when she past and because of my siblings we sold at a discount to rehabbers again and to families at retail.

What did she tell you about any of the deceased's blood relatives, children, siblings?

As it turns out she can't get all the sibling to agree to sell.   

My siblings and I are purchasing a portfolio of properties and are using some inheritance money from our parents (still living) to help fund the transaction.

She have six children( which are my siblings) and was not married.
