If both buildings are on the same deed, they can be insured on the same policy.It is common for most standard carriers to not insure more than 4 rental properties or more than 8 units total.

However I just got in tonight from 10 days in Hawaii.. and Scoot  ( Singapore airlines budget carrier) was advertising business class from PHNL to Osaka for 495. bucks and 99. one way coach.. that is a smoking deal.. my buddy and I almost wanted to fly there for dinner LOL..

The owner and we as managers are indemnified, and we receive notice from insurance carrier if tenant is ready to lapse.During the last 20 years we were named in a suit 2 times.
