Wait until your credit card company sends you those convenience checks with a 0% APR period, usually 15-18 months and usually charge 3-5% of the amount you borrow, that is cheap money if you need it and have an exit strategy for how you're going to pay it off in full before your APR promo ends.

My credit union ran a promo for a no cost closing and competitive interest rates, so I refinanced.  

I was reviewing a similar offer from a Credit card promo and it had a 3% charge of the total amount as a transfer fee.

@Gautam Venkatesan you do have to be a member, every so often, about 2 times a year they do a promo where my immediate family can join, but if you haven't served or have a family member who has served I don't think you'll get membership.
