Colleges aren't going away any time soon...

There are going to be three levels of addressing this 1) things you can simply go there and do anytime (pick up pet waste and throw it away) 2) things you can do given proper notice (enter the unit and inspect, repair damage etc) and 3) things you can only do given proper process/procedure (notice to vacate, increase rent etc.)

Therefore anyone with bank originated construction debt or bridge debt is likely happy right now with the rate cut and narrative surrounding future cuts since in many cases these are adjustable rate loans with floors we likely won't see anytime soon.It will be interesting to see whether this cut gets banks who have been on the sidelines back into the market or alternatively some lenders who have continued to lend but with tighter underwriting to ease their guidelines.

Anytime someone says they don't want the credit hit, their credit isn't very good.

You own them the rent during this time minus any time you provided alt lodging.

If the future vacation property type is abundantly available and can be easily acquired at any time, the aforementioned concern is less of an issue.Please post your experiences when you do it.Best of luck!
