One unit is included in the rent of one of the tenants living in the house, I'll be using a second one, and the third I will need to find a new tenant.After putting it online for a day I received a ton of interest, and the first person to call me was a woman who collects and restores antiques.

I would start by cleaning up the yard, getting rid of those cords, straighten up the window treatments, replace the antique looking ceiling fan, and cleaning the dirty carpet.

You could however, buy some of his "antique" furniture for $5k.....but you might have to justify it if it ever came out, and I am not suggesting that you do that.
