One unit is included in the rent of one of the tenants living in the house, I'll be using a second one, and the third I will need to find a new tenant.After putting it online for a day I received a ton of interest, and the first person to call me was a woman who collects and restores antiques. 

The Land is a cabin next door to his home, an antique shop that does not have a shop on it for years, hunting land, and vacant land.  

Being that it takes a little more time to build clientele, being a designer, I feel as if, it would be smart, for me to go ahead an make a name for myself, by flipping antique pieces of furniture and while advertising, mention that I also offer interior design services.

I would start by cleaning up the yard, getting rid of those cords, straighten up the window treatments, replace the antique looking ceiling fan, and cleaning the dirty carpet.  

They discarded my contemporary style light, which was a match for the light in an adjacent room and they installed an "antique style" of their choice.  

Recently picked up a "hoarder house" from a tax sale and pulled out a couple of vintage sewing machines and an antique chest patented in the 1800s. 

Personal property like a Car, TV, shoes, etc. will always fall in price because of Depreciation unless it's antique.

You could however, buy some of his "antique" furniture for $5k.....but you might have to justify it if it ever came out, and I am not suggesting that you do that.

Or put out some of those antique style lighting sconces on exterior..
