I understand Philadelphia requires a local property manager. 

Building a solid team (agent, property manager, lender) is key.

I did this and Jimmy and I became friends, sometimes travelled the “guru” circuit of those days together, and I stayed at his house and he often stayed at mine.  

Even help with after you get your property with calls that help you manage the property manager!!

I have managed to get myself into a bit of a complex situation on my first deal and I'm looking for some advice.
