We are definitely going with STR, at least in the beginning, but great to know your experience with both LTR and STR @Andrew Steffens, yes, we are running some numbers and talking to a PM contact and we are finding exactly what you mentioned, occupancy rates seem similar and away from the beach potentially have cheaper expenses.
