Househacking is constantly praised on BP, not to say that it isn't great, but for my situation it seems like the stars really have to align.

I have a few rental properties in other states and am particularly interested in learning about the multifamily market here in the Fairbanks North Star Borough.

The neighborhhod is a low-income : 2 stars.

Some got lucky and found a rock star agent who made or saved them tons of money, caught potential issues, mitigated risks and connected them with other rock star industry professionals, lenders, contractors, etc.. 

I’d be willing to pay someone the same fee for a deal so good that the stars almost had to line up.
