Ok, so I am brand new to REI, but just accomplished something ridiculous!!!!

Today, I went on Zillow and saw a listing for a sweet double wide. And that's all!

The rental market demand in Nashville is unbelievable right now, so as long as you are offering a clean/safe property and in the ballpark of what would be considered ¨market rent¨, you should be just fine.

I have to confess - I am addicted!!!!

I am a recovering addict from the frequent flyer miles and points game, but I am sure REI will keep me plenty busy!

But even if its one deal every 5 years like this one, thats still one unbelievable deal every 5 years. :-)

I found BP late last year while searching for a way to screen tenants for our rental house and have been addicted ever since.

with that little bit of rehab money in it, is pretty unbelievable.

Its just unbelievable being around positive people helping me out taking time of their busy lives to help an up-and-comer it means everything to me.

Homeowner said he rented it to a drug addict and a college student and didn't get paid for one year.

At least in the Boston metro area, I found the prices listed on Furnished Finder (a website used by a lot of traveling nurses) to be unbelievably low, so much lower that I wondered if they weren't mostly fraudulent listings.
