I've recently become interested in the Raleigh market now that my 62 yo Mother has decided she wants to relocate to that area this year (her best friend lives there and our family roots are about 1.5 hrs away).

You still want to market publicly because there are many other people that rent month-to-month: people house shopping, corporate hires on temporary assignment, people between houses, people new to the area and not sure if they want to plant roots, etc.If you just market to traveling nurses, you'll miss out on a large segment of the renting population.

I have no experience with this type of problem but oh so eager to know the root cause and fix.
