I'm very oriented towards trying to get into a field or a profession where you may end up as your own boss.

His personality is suuuper very business oriented, even with very close family.

OK, I thought about this question for a day and want to revise my earlier response by adding some asterisks*** Generally, as others have said, property management is a very "people" oriented business.

There are other books out there I could recommend but these two are simple, proven, and obviously oriented towards BiggerPockets investors. 

I always thought WA folk and WI folk were very similar, a rugged bunch of friendly people making the best of beautiful country that comes with it's issues.

Also we pick a town that felt like a small paradise, very family oriented, everyone seems to be married, old and young!

And the PTB pull the rug out again, blame the little guys, throw a few small banksters, etc. under the bus, and start reeling- in the drag nets for the latest fish out of the Maritime Admiralty waters catch, onto dry land!

Even if the future is more remote work oriented, this is still a good move.

Thank to our weather, Chicago's rental season is very spring and summer oriented (like they say in Game of Thrones, "Winter is coming!").
