For the BP analysis, What is the average price to upkeep these machines?

If you wanted to go a step above, you would need a good drip machine.

You can rage against the machine, or find another municipality to work in. 

they should have access to some sort of prospecting tool, that will give an estimated equity and mortgage amount of homes that aren't on the market, or there's an app that I have used called deal machine, which will actually send a mailer to the owner through the app itself. 

Within a few months, you would have a proof of concept and be a well-oiled machine. 

As someone who did "work" the 40hrs, typical work gig, it didn't do me any good but keep me as a cog in the machine vs actually learning and becoming comfortable with deal making.Ok thanks for reading and looking forward to be challenged to learn from others.Good luck all!
