I was so disappointed and is it too late to change agent?

Needless to say I was very disappointed in hearing this, but the plumber said he would do no such thing and that there was a problem that needed to be fixed.

@Darren Sager It's disappointing when things like this happen, but as we saw in Arizona these are last ditch efforts that won't win in the long run.  

People avoid disappointment that way by being SAFE but they also LIMIT themselves by not seeing what is truly possibly to achieve.It's not a fail to not do 5 million in commission and hit 2.5 then to set a goal for 1 million and hit that mark 100%. 

Here is my 2 cents...If you are looking to skip college to get out of extra work you will be sorely disappointed.

Which is all fine and well, but he thinks he is going to get top dollar for this house and I am afraid he is going to be terribly disappointed when either we get a ton of low ball offers and/or it is going to sit on the market forever.  

@Collin Schwartz my first read on the bigger pockets app and I’m not disappointed at all!
