If a seller goes to ibuyhomes.com and fills out the seller form, that lead then gets emailed to the investor who has purchased that area.You can also advertise the site, it is the easiest web site to advertise in newspapers and on signs since it is the shortest name possible to tell people what we do.Besides ibuyhomes.com, I also build you a site that concentrates just on the area where you buy.All leads from both sources go to only one person per county.Hope this clears it up.
