Theres actually legal precedent for this- I believe Alaska has a similar statute but don’t quote me on it. 

The lease should address it too, see Florida statute 83.53 for wording.

That's not to say an LLC can't guarantee other rights they may not have held as such interests run with title by statute or law.Might think of it this way, if a buy a car that is still under warranty from a fleet business owner, that seller may not be covered under the warranty as the car was used for a business purpose, but when I buy it as an individual the warranty will pass on to me as a new individual owner, that warranty goes with the title.
