I am concerned a bit as Stessa is free and if you dig into their privacy statements, they are collecting and using "non-identifiable" data for marketing and revenue generation (or at least that's my interpretation).

This might help him judge the temperament of the dog.Providing fencing (privacy fencing would be useful) in the rental unit might also increase the sense of security.Everyone thinks their pet is the "sweetest" animal around; even those testifying in court after their sweet pet has attacked another dog or human.

And since you live next door, if there are times you'd like the space for visitors or vacant for some privacy, you have control over that.My guests are people here for hospital rotations, grad school, relocating, etc and I've become friends with several of them.

It's not only more ethical but usually more practicle to honor the wishes and expectations of a seller, thier privacy as well as thier desires to be represented.

Perhaps you could try this if you have to block the vent due to noise and privacy issues.
