I'm 20 years old and playing a sport in college, I currently do not have any credit history. 

The council is doing a great job with upgrades such as the overpass on the city side of the hathaway bridge (which currently has a very active train track and red-light causing tons of traffic), banning alcohol on beaches during Spring Break (this makes businesses hold more family friendly retail items which cleans up their look and act) and the addition of the new sports complex on the east end which will bring in youth sports teams and their families year round. 

I find the field of real estate to be just as competitive as any sport I have taken part in.

As the 10th largest media market we have all major sports leagues, arts & theater, great schools, major and stable corporate employers like 3M, Target, Best Buy, Honeywell, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, St Jude Medical, Cummins, and many more. 

My wife and I would prefer to rent if we can find an affordable and good location, but with our timeline and 3 large dogs (2 German Shepherds and a pit bull mix rescue) I am skeptical about what we will find.  

Like one poster above said, it's tricky because it changes street by street just like German Village (which is also close to downtown and one of our city's oldest neighborhoods), so market rent on one street could be very different from a place a few blocks away.

They can often get you direct or indirect access to the MLS in your area giving you an advantage over the competition.A divorce, probate or bankrupcy attorney who's vested in you success can fill your lead pipeline.Keep in mind that real estate investing is a team sport, so build your power team as you go.

I'm more of a sport and trad guy than alpine, but I love learning new skills.

These lights became known as "idiot lights" because a red warning light, if your only indicator, does do you much good when the engine is sputtering and you're forced to pull over to the side of the road.Perhaps the Germans had these in their WWII-era warplanes.Maybe this not the best illustration, but I want to know the status of title before I close my deal.

REI is a contact sport and not nearly as passive (at least in the beginning) as people trying to sell you stuff may imply.
