I still get nervous for the first few calls but it goes away with time.Grab a Google Voice number with an area code that matches your target region and start dialing.Brandon Mulrenin has a lot of great content on YouTube as well.Once you start making a lot of calls 200+, check to make sure your number isn't being marked as spam.
