This was in addition to fulfilling ALL warranty obligations.  

Don't pay till you feel the contract terms are fulfilled.

It's not a unilateral contract and it appears that the PM is in breach of the contract by not fulfilling their duty.

Also remember Utah is ground zero for back end Guru fulfillment centers so there is a reason you get hammered by these people its in their DNA.. :)but some people have gotten on here and said yes they got funded.If your an American Greed fan.. watch the episode on Remmington financial.. this reminds me of that company.

You need to get fulfillment in others ways as well.

Most likely he is an expert on whatever his perseverations are, and if you have a question about about his special interest,if he does not know the answer he will research it and tell you]Our 'weirdness" is why we are treated as "less than" to such an extent that for those of us who are Autistic, 95% of us [ both male and female] have been sexually abused [ being too weird to be human makes it okay to those who hurt us I assume] and we are 28 times more likely to attempt suicide. 

In WA we just had our backup offer accepted because the original offer fell out of escrow due to their loan contingency not being fulfilled. 

If the loan is 95% fulfilled It can be assigned to HUD.

From there I would either continue as a full time engineer [continuing to build my portfolio] or full time real estate investor [whichever I find more fulfilling]. 

If they do not for some absurd reason (legit waiting lists for apartments in this area), we will be requesting to be removed from the program as they are not fulfilling their obligation if we're fulfilling ours (offering clean and safe housing).
