Speaking of common areas, do you have costs in there for lawn maintenance and general garden upkeep?

Lawns and garden will drastically increase water usage.

In the Disney World area or Orlando (Davenport, Kissimmee, Clermont, Windermere, Winter Garden), we eat sleep and breathe this stuff, and there is TONS of interest online for it.
