@Danny Duran  did a mold test for this house and we got the report back but are not totally sure how to interpret it.

We could see some exemption or state interpretation challenged and not being acceptable.

I offer this not-so-humble brag so that what I'm about to say isn't interpreted as us not caring.So all that being said, I really believe that you have to have to understand your limits and set boundaries, manage expectations, and just get comfortable with a few realities of the business we're in...#1 You can't please everyone.

Not only will you have to register as a foreign entity in your home state (and pay the associated fees, as Ann Bellamy correctly noted) but if you’re involved in a lawsuit, the court will interpret the rules according to local state law, not the state in which you filed.

Apparently, it may be possible that in the past I might of been in a situation where it could of been in interpreted that I was trespassing.

We're having a hard time getting any information about who gets to interpret some of the clauses in the CC&Rs and this could impact the property value significantly.

I believe my first post asked if you could point me to a case that interpreted how the tax was calculated and levied, if you have a cite I'd love to look it up.

I read alot about Bird dogging and I gathered two interpretations of the function of a bird dogger. 1) They simply find leads and are compensated either per lead, or if the deal closes. 2)They are partners in the deal splitting the profit 50-50.

Hey gang,  So this is a general question that I thought I'd get some interesting feedback on (or maybe none), and it's one that some will interpret as procrastination or over-analysis, and I'll preemptively say it's not, it's a question about strategy (and I can't afford A markets currently anyways...)
