So people who think that they can just read a book, or a blog post, or watch a video are usually disappointed that the BRRRR strategy didn’t work for them.

I also had my disappointments but this is what I know.

Please understand you must have a reliable source to help you determine the ARV & the cost of repairs or you could be very disappointed if those #'s are off in the wrong direction.

I also did not mind the $100 for BLE (which was free if i join the REIA) and the 1K for 3 day weekend training. ....but I got so disappointed with the 20/30K "Big Dog" program....
