The only reason I am using her for REOs is because I am new and fairly clueless.

I never followed up with this...but I got the paynearme account set up and my tenant was interested in using it.I was at an amusement park with my family.

Common measures provided are cap rate, cash on cash return, IRR, return on equity, etc.The good thing about mobile app is you can bring it when you go out and check out properties and evaluate on site.I am using it to compare potential properties and it works pretty well for me.

I am using FirstBank now for a mortgage.

In a perfect world, we would all be as cool as you.The responses in this thread range from helpful to lecturing to the above... it amuses me that some people feel the need to post useless comments, get up on a high-horse, or even comment when they clearly have nothing of value to add.My goal here is to hear from other landlords who may have also made such an atrocious and unthinkable mistake, and learn from their mistakes.
