Question/advice : I have a woman that is having issues with a home that belonged to her mother.

One woman had a bed against an outside door because the landlord would not fix the lock.That being said, the area is turning around.  

I also had a woman call and ask me if I accepted a specific rental voucher and I stated I’m not aware of that voucher.

My mother hires a second listing agent. the guy claims to be an investor and flipper, and seems a lot more knowledgeable than the last agent, but I think when an out of state woman inherits a free and clear home in an opportune location with incredibly high holding costs, everyone smells a little blood in the water... hell i would...

I do worry about a one man show--especially if that one man/woman has a life event that precludes me from getting my financial data.

I agree this woman is jeapordizing this deal though.

The problem is, the owner is an old Italian woman and has no clue what kind of shape this place is in....she thinks its a palace.
