The wealthier people are, the less of their income is spent on consumption Actually- this is a good thing- the wealthy don't spend all of their income, so they invest it back into the economy, where eventually someone spends it, and it is taxed.

Wealth is not really made from cash flow until you hold a lot of equity.

My belief is long term wealth is built in buy and holds.

I'm currently a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist, but have just recently started flipping houses, as well as building a fitness boot camp and diet coaching business, to generate additional cash to put into buying more properties. 

Cash flow will get you off the rat race while appreciation will make you wealthy.
