A woman recently said on Facebook that she wishes more realtors could find a US assistant instead.I'm going to take another leap and guess that when her post said "sent from a mobile device", that it was an iPhone, Android, or other modern smart phone that was made overseas.

Just take action, even if small steps, and you will gain traction towards that first deal. 

Once you get beyond the first one you will gain serious traction if in fact that is what you are after.  

Then, a few months later, we finally got some traction.  

Yeah, for some reason when I reply to a post from my mobile device, I can't use the "@" hashtag.
