Generally no, and it's not for any of the reasons I heard so far, or that most will likely arm-chair-quarterback into this. 

It was, again, based on a lot of research and communications.Honestly, what drew me to open spaces was the personal touch.

Most recently, I remember it drew attention when a previously unknown (i.e. forgotten) stream was uncovered in the NE.
