@Barry Cooper i would say move your money to the south then again I'm a little bias because I live in the south other factors are also at play i.e. population growth, taxes, and cost of living.

Though be fully aware 2bd houses are harder to sell, the rental area here is hot (this is like a 5 min walk from my place, so I'm kinda biased, this and the area south of it are my farm areas, so far.
