I have no idea when rates will come down but it is amusing watching all the people who said they would buy when prices came down now continue to sit on the sidelines waiting for rates to go down (which will cause prices to rise again). 

I am using 0% credit card offers that give you a flat fee of 3 to 4 % and expire after several months. 

I find it amusing for those who note this is a red flag when a large portion of our cash society do not pay full share of taxes.

I am using privy and am really enjoying it.

I am using cURL in other scripts to get data and hope to keep using it, though maybe it is not capable....I endeavored to include as much information as I could.

Our southern California weather is PERFECT all year, we have beaches, and amusements, etc.

Furthermore, the main bank I am using does not accept interac transfers in business accounts so it would complicate the matter even further for me. 

Our home is right on the lake with a small beach, there is a 72 mile bike trail that runs right by the house and lots of outdoor activities nearby including a decent amusement park (Silverwood) about 60 miles away.I would really listen to @Julie McCoy about the Pigeon Forge area.
