I might consider an office warehouse, an office building or strip project under a turn key deal (and have) but that is entirely a different matter, I'd never consider a turn key house......if I really want a house in Detroit or several, I'll go to Detroit, pick them out, select a PM and leave, get a contractor if needed, then go home and close in escrow.

Dishwashers can sterilize items because the water temp and drying heat is so much higher than the water temperature used to hand-wash. 

@Nick Sabat IDK much about PA MJ but in LA my realtor has a guy who is selling all his multis and trading for MJ warehouses.

What has been hotter here is loft conversions, turn an office building or warehouse into housing.

Hello all, I am working on my first warehouse site to convert to self storage and have been on youtube and learning about this asset class.
