What matters most to us is finding trustworthy renters with the ability to pay on time regularly.

Make sure if you hire another to get references and talk to the people who have used them to be sure you are getting a trustworthy management company.

This time around, I'd like to partner with someone locally who is trustworthy and knows his/her stuff.

Find an experienced and trustworthy Team member that is willing to work for you when you call.  

He is trustworthy and have lot of positive feed back from my friends.

This may need legal review and most certainly full disclosure; but with a trust worthy business relationship it could be an option. 

They have been managing my properties for the last 3 years and have done a good job and are trustworthy and have a good team in place to manage properties throughout South Texas.Send me a PM and I'll give you the contact information.

I'll probably need all the contacts i can get in the way of trustworthy contractors, other members of my "team", etc...I'm currently an RN at a local hospital, but my goal is to one day be able to support myself through long term rentals.  

I never recommend NOT viewing your property, and also connecting with the agent via FaceTime, etc and finding a property manager / general contractor that is trustworthy.
