Blasting out emails just using a regulare IP address is a good way to get banned for spam.Constant Contact, Survey Moneky, iContact, etc. all monitor for spam and thus usually keep themselves and YOUR emails off spam lists.

As you can imagine, even a prudent person doesn't / can't survey the internal components of their switches, plugs, wiring in the walls, wiring in appliances, etc. 

This is not taking surveys, this is not online which I have no skill set for.

The surveyor recommended a follow on survey in 120 days to more accurately diagnose the issue prior to making any repairs, which means I'm unable to rent this property for at least another four months.

Call a local survey company and see what this process entails.

A recent survey shows they expect a big drop in starts over the next 12 months. 25% expect apartment starts to plummet by 50%+, and 52% expect a drop of 20%+.
