The city is being overrun by developers and flippers doing minimal work to try to stretch their dollar as far as possible.

I am stretched past capacity as a full-time working single mom to a young child.

But I find that I stretch myself too thin, with a full-time job, GF and other business ventures I find that my sanity suffers!

Not sure if first citizens federal is stretched out that far in MA but worth a look.

In addition to the BP meetup and Waltham meeting there are like at least 10 other regular events that stretch from the Cape up into NH.Most stuff is more East but there is a 2nd Black Diamond meeting in Worcester which would be closest one to you.

To simplify, I opened up (3) saving accounts, one for Saving, Tithing, and Investing.Our W-2 directly deposits to the checking, then we set up auto transfer to each of the (3)  (you can choose weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) accounts.Take action, start small, then work up to larger numbers and stretch yourself. 

If I was stretched with loans right now I'd be considering everything. 

If we had to stretch some in a given time period we could use our line of credit and hoard cash to get things in line.
