She cleared the background checks and I drew up the paperwork for a lease amendment.

If I drew the new owner financed contract to sell the house for say 10,000 more than the original loan on the house, would I get this back from the tennant I placed in there after the two year option was excersied, and he purchased the house.

In this case, I drew up the lease and sent it for their signature, which they did not provide and informed me they wouldn't be signing it by the agreed move in date.
