So you know my bias, I am a Realtor in Las Vegas and my practice is almost exclusively remote investors (other states or countries).

And although my opinion is heavily biased in favor of mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers, trust me when I say that going with the bank is usually not the best move for the following reasons:bank and credit union loan officers are not licensed, only registered with the state.

Maybe I’m being biased because I was a cyclist though.

I am a third-party contractor for them, so I am a little biased.  

You'll find many favorite markets here on BP, including Birmingham, AL (ok, I'm biased) and parts of KS, TN, TX, IN, and OH.

And of course I am highly bias as Real estate sales catapulted me to all the other NICHE RE products I have done over the years..

If you handle this professionally, take emotions & the veteran bias (another veteran here...) out of the equation, and treat them like you would like to be treated in their shoes, you'll possibly gain a valuable referral to find another tenant. 

I prefer suburban areas but I am biased as I have live in GA all of my life and my office is ten minutes (literally) from my house............ : )If you live in an area not close to work the key is when you commute to work.

So there is my bias in a nutshell.

Flying in Iraq and Afghanistan I've almost been knocked out of the sky by UASs more times than I'd like to recall, so I have a bit of a bias against them being in the same airspace as us air breathers, but they definitely have some great potential applications.
