Sheesh...this is why I hate writing these things...I always leave people out...I make it no secret that the very first person I ever asked to "please allow me to take you to dinner and pick your brain" was @Steve Olafson (I had to fly to another state to do it and I think he may have even paid for the steak dinner!).
