Then I need to figure in my property management fee plus at least 5% set aside for maintenance and another 5% for vacancy (that is assuming a strong rental market and, again, assuming it's a fully rehabbed property).If you're interested in turn-key, check out realwealthnetwork.com for lots of FREE info--I think they have a couple of Chicago affiliates.

My RE agent selected buyer designates and says her company is affiliated with a title company and if we use that company then I will get a Butler rebate which she says zeros out the title charges on the final paperwork but failed to mention that I will still have to pay a transaction fee of $270 at closing.

A quick search didn't turn anything up; I'm a licensed agent working with a brokerage as a property manager and I'm prepping my first personal rental.I'm mildly concerned about my brokerage getting legally associated with the rental.Either way, does anyone use a disclosure at lease signing clarifying that you are an agent working for X brokerage, but you are acting as an individual and the brokerage is not affiliated with the lease transaction?
