There are lots of brokers out there, western star is one that is a sponsor of the rpoa.  

Unfortunately the reason I don't know much about IRAs is because I don't have one, and there is no one I know personally who I'd feel comfortable asking.I've been wanting to attend an REIA meeting for a while now, but I live in western ma and there aren't any near me.  

@Michael Douglas Christensen I'm based in Milwaukee & work with many Western US investors buying throughout the Midwestern states. 

But what about tiny small towns in western NY?

Western AZ along the Colorado River is good for older retirement people up to Flagstaff is a great winter and college town   Tempe is a fast and growing family town  Wide range of different prices and construction depending   Good Looking

I can fund a deal in OH or  western PA (driving distance from where I am at).

I am looking for my next Fix and Flip in Western Massachusetts (Deerfield plus 30 mile radius) and would love to hear advice on the best type of financing.
