Turns out they both recommended the same woman!

The Wholesale Meetup is August 11th at Thai Siam in Draper at 7:00 pm. 

I have a courageous young daughter who is on her way to becoming a fierce business woman and is currently looking for her first deal, so I’m a proud mom.

I noticed the crime in that particular area is related to auto vandalism/theft, therefore I'm thinking perhaps running electricity to the detached garage to have an electric garage door and motion detector flood lights might add to the appeal as a renter for safety (I'm a woman and during college we had peeping toms and weirdo loitering around garages/parking.)

But my main goal was to get a court order in my hip pocket, because that woman wasn't going to move out without one. 

Who knows what the interior is like though.It used to belong to an older woman, who passed according to my father-in-law. 

I knocked on a door and asked a woman, "Hello, this is a strange question, but would you like to sell your home?"
