It does indicate that you perceived the person to be “crazy” and wanted to cancel the tour in response to that perception.  

With regard to the LLC protection: LLC property ownership is very common but I believe that there is more of a perceived perception than an actual one - as was seen in some of the previous comments.I recommend buyers to simply make sure that their property insurance policy has a nice thick umbrella policy to protect yourself from a lawsuit.

I wouldn't personally choose to be an agent, and for the most part i'm not a fan of wholesalers, but i would never look down upon someone for their choice of careers so long as they're productive members of society.  

Perception is reality...My suspicion is that many people just want to read and learn and not ask "dumb" questions.

So, I know what my problem is, so I spend money to solve that problem.Now if its #1 or #2, the only thing that solves perception problems is data truths.

In our sue-happy society, having a little extra insurance is usually a good thing.

It’s a very sad and horrible disservice when a society at any level actively helps people self destruct rather than trying to really help them stop their addiction, get clean and become a productive part of society.

Most REITs should not trade at huge premium and/or discount to NAV and when they do it is often a lot about perception about the future of that REIT or that RE market.

There's a lot going on in the subconscious of the average home buyer that impact their perceptions of a property, and if the news is blaring "avoid crowds, stay out of public places!"
