I got a check soon after that.If we had an investor organization it would be possible to obtain insurance on a different basis, as a collective body, rather than as individual ploting points on a probability graph!

I can see usage metered where there are split meters (I have both), and units with washer dryers use more water, not so much body count.

I agree, you are renting "the property", not rooms, etc. unless you are running a boarding house, where rent is 'by the room'.Other than that you start getting into being a busy body always spying on tenants, etc. and take away from their free enjoyment of the space.
