I'm a Navy veteran living in San Diego California, and have been living in the house I'm in for 23 years and have never been one for coming up short on rent with my landlord , until March of this year when I actually was and still recovering from identity theft cases, where my ssn, bank accounts and bogus cashiers checks were used in my name.
