If the answer is demo homes, do it!

I solved a problem, saved money on demo, received a significant tax deduction, and provided a service to my community.

A couple of overages (have you considered demo costs, likely +$10k) and anything under asking, and your looking at doing this for almost free, or worse.

UPDATEFew days have passed so here are the updates on my first official flip.Last Thursday I got in the mail the Certificate of Title, and Friday morning I went to see from the inside the property...here is what I came across...Utilities are turned on today (because of Easter celebration), so we'll see other surprises...Demo has been completed except the scraping of the popcorn ceiling.

The Township wouldn't answer my questions and claimed to not have any documentation pertaining to the previous house demo or soil/fill issues.

But, even the SFD sales downtown have stagnated because that young professional demo who would afford those has been tapped, yet the ppsf has remained high.

Just finished a demo from Cozy - it looks pretty straight forward. 

Those who tow large objects know the benefit of self leveling air suspension over steel springs.My ride now that I am doing demo and doing renovations myself is the same Cayenne. 

Recently we have been so busy that I actually started getting day labor to come help with demo.  

Question: Is there any demo involved?
