It may not be perfect but it’s one more wall of protection in the event of legal problems  there really is no asset protection for single member.. those get pierced like an arrow going through a paper bag.

If the lease forbids smoking in, or on, the premises, then that is what you enforce - whether he's smoking ganja, cigarettes or tea leaves is secondary.Were the previous requests to cease in writing?  

(If you keep the one with the dog) I would explain that dog feces must be picked up bagged and disposed of, pets must be on leashes at all times,  and never tied up in the yard (this is actually a section of my lease- under pet care).

I need help and a solution to get magazines and bags that are 6 feet stuck inside a vent ductwork.

The tenant's dad is a contractor and the tenant offered to have his father look at it - but as you can imagine, I have can't trust the guy's judgement, as the father could just say "no damage" leaving me "holding the bag".Some areas of the floor and a velvet couch that was in the basement also seems to be growing this dense, white, spider-web like substance (mold?)

I used "brown bag" glidden paint from Home Depot.

If granted and once served to the tenant, he would have to pack a bag and leave immediately, only coming back for a civil standby with police to get the rest of his stuff.

We've filled over 50 bags with yard waste including trees.We've spent about 2K on renos. 

Then one a them goes inside and comes back out with a big ol’ garbage bag fulla something.

So I can’t let the cat out of the bag til tomorrow as I do want to receive referral fees from this company if they will strike up a deal with me.
