We can monitor everything from 3 bids that we get on every property from our group of preferred contractors to CFK statuses to multiple offers on properties, counter offers, and closings - all at the same time, and keep everything totally paperless.

Depending on your location, you may be able to put the system on a clock timer to limit the operation (you will need to monitor the interior temps to make sure you meet codes in the worst weather), you may also benefit from a PAIR of thermostatic controls (the exact name escapes me right now) that are pre-set for the on or off temp, and are NOT adjustable.
