Can you imagine going through tons of drama with an anti-business state only to get minimal profit when you sell?

other wise HML in SF bay area SF to las Gatos  that would only be 5 to 7 loans a year.. not too much work.. make 8 to 9% with not a lot of drama.

This is going to sound harsh, but I will write it anyway. 

However there has been what can only be described as significant roommate drama and I am trying to figure out how best to proceed. 

The 2008 crash only took 18 months.Over a single year, the stock market tanked $6.9 trillion of shareholder wealth.And investors felt those harsh ripple effects for more than four years.

s (Cody WY) way of handling it, because it sticks to the contract he has with both parties.Which mixed with @Don Konipol 's response seems to be a reasonable way to proceed.Don't get involved in renters dramas (he said/she said, etc...).Good Luck!

The eviction law is so harsh on landlord here...I'll ask the lawyer again if I can serve by certified mail.  

She tried to blame the other tenants and I had to cut her short.The seller agent offered to find her son a new apartment and take care of the process so we can part smoothly without having more drama.
