I work in the environmental field and see so much and have learned so much about these issues. 

People can look years older than their age due to smoking and other poor environmental situations.

Also, maybe I could advertise that my rentals are more environmentally friendly in addition to more cost saving. 

Modern environmental regulations either discourage or ban the use of cesspools, and instead connections to municipal sewage systems or septic tanks are encouraged or required.
