@Steven Ferraro Before deciding what option to avail, it would be better for you to outline (at a minimum):GoalsObjectivesConstraintsFor instance, if you have a lucrative W2 income (doctor, lawyer), do not want to leave your job or work long hours, then buying properties with the intention of hiring 3rd party property management is the way to go.

They just need the baseline of education, generally about freshman High School level education.After that, you are capable to make a TON of money if you are REALLY motivated.Now I want to get back to my childhood friends.NONE of them became Millionaires before I did.Of the ones that became a Millionaire, I don't know ANY of them that did it without me as they became Partners in my Real Estate Investments.Of the ones that Graduated College, NONE would have been a Millionaire without me.2 of those that went on to be Doctors.

As an example, one of my local mentors has a "stable" of private lenders who are mostly high-income, high net-worth people - doctors, lawyers, executives and such.Education is considered mandatory in many circles (BP-ers tend to frown on it, however).
