What I'm doing to prepare for winter- Contacting temporary housing companies like ALE Solutions, CRS Temporary Housing, United Corporate Housing, etc. to see if they have anyone in need of a mid-term stay- Reaching out to my past guests to see if they are planning a repeat trip and want to stay at my properties again!

You might see some temporary drops if the war in the Middle East intensifies and the US stays out of it.

There may be busy weeks but that is temporary or they are doing something wrong. 

@Tanya Solomon Okay, I guess the bank is stuck with the $150k for simply being a temporary title holder, but I’d think there would be a statutory exemption for them.  

That likely means a very temporary situation.

I suspect Sept will likely be about the same. i will say from a mortgage broker perspective - purchase is better than lease on your financing ability and ability to sell your property. it is a UCC, which is not a lien, but does require a temporary termination in order to refinance, which does come with an added cost, likely about $300 or so. and if i sell i will have to pay off the remaining balance of these guys for the prospective buyer.... but im totally fine with that. 

Most cities saw a boom during covid that wasn't "real" it was temporary.

It won't motivate someone looking for cheaper place to take yours since the discount is only temporary.

Also, life insurance is only temporary need.

I am waiting to print any cards, post cards, etc. until I decide what my phone number is going to be so that I can buy in bulk to save money rather than just buying a few with a temporary phone number.
