There is also a reference to Huntington in one of the BP threads about 8 months back whereby the buyer felt bait-and-switched when it came to close on the property.I don't want to jump ship from a smooth process with GR but I'm not sure how to verify the authenticity of the offer and my good-standing to qualify.Help would be appreciated!

How about expanding the dock?

Of course there are area's in East Atlanta, up near Riverside, and Peoplestown that are just as good investments if not better, but in my opinion the ships sailed on those areas over the past 3-4 years (in terms of finding bargains).

My wife saves us so much time getting all kitchen items, some art, bedding, linens, bathroom items, window treatments and the hundred other things I don't have time to mention online and having them drop shipped.

You can order many things and have them shipped to your new property. 

Charlotte has so much institutional momentum that shipped has sailed.

You've probably seen attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion, and watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate.

The bottom line there are many operators out there that run a tight ship and have zero complaints and great ratings that are now being pushed around by these municipalities.

Parking revenue, food truck space, Ice Machine space rental, Billboard potential, Go to month to month on part of your square footage.Do you have docks, check on Frito lay, power drink, flower, tortilla, Snap on Tool, etc distribution center.Solar panels for non NNN usageExpense reduction- hardscape landscaping, have your insurance company do a review, U-Haul- self rental location.
